"Filed a complaint with State Farm regarding a very rude girl by the name of Jacqueline. When you have been a client of State Farm for 40 years with a great agent who passes away you might want to reconsider how you handle new clients. Your 1.000 clients you referred to just went down in numbers. No excuse for that kind of rude behavior. EVER."
